{"id":3707,"date":"2026-08-02T14:51:27","date_gmt":"2026-08-02T14:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suhunews.id\/?p=3707"},"modified":"2026-08-02T14:51:27","modified_gmt":"2026-08-02T14:51:27","slug":"lsm-lamellong-desak-kejari-periksa-kontraktor-proyek-cetak-sawah-puluhan-miliar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suhunews.id\/index.php\/2026\/08\/02\/lsm-lamellong-desak-kejari-periksa-kontraktor-proyek-cetak-sawah-puluhan-miliar\/","title":{"rendered":"LSM Lamellong Desak Kejari Periksa Kontraktor Proyek Cetak Sawah Puluhan Miliar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Suhunews.id<\/strong>&#8211; Ketua Umum Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Lamellong, Muhammad Rusdi, mendesak Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Watampone segera mengusut tuntas dugaan penyimpangan dalam proyek Cetak Sawah Tahun Anggaran 2025 di Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan, dengan total nilai kontrak mencapai sekitar Rp47,6 miliar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Desakan tersebut disampaikan menyusul laporan resmi yang telah diajukan LSM Lamellong kepada Kejari Watampone terkait dugaan adanya indikasi perbuatan melawan hukum dalam pelaksanaan proyek tersebut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, proyek cetak sawah itu diduga menyisakan berbagai persoalan sejak tahap perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Salah satu lokasi yang menjadi sorotan berada di Kecamatan Sibulue, selain sejumlah titik lain yang tersebar di Kabupaten Bone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Rusdi mengungkapkan, laporan pengaduan telah dilayangkan ke Kejari Watampone pada 27 Maret 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Laporan itu meminta aparat penegak hukum menyelidiki pelaksanaan proyek yang dikerjakan oleh empat perusahaan pemenang tender.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Empat perusahaan tersebut adalah Mineral Unggul Jaya dengan nilai kontrak Rp12,2 miliar, Amarta Kontruksi Rp5,8 miliar, Amal Loponindo Rp21,3 miliar, dan Icon Perkasa Abadi Rp8,3 miliar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Menurut Rusdi, besarnya nilai anggaran yang digunakan harus diimbangi dengan pengawasan dan penegakan hukum yang maksimal apabila ditemukan dugaan pelanggaran.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">&#8220;Kami berharap Kejaksaan Negeri Watampone segera mengambil langkah konkret dengan memeriksa para pemilik perusahaan selaku pelaksana proyek cetak sawah Tahun Anggaran 2025 di Kabupaten Bone. Proses hukum harus dilakukan secara profesional, transparan, dan tanpa tebang pilih,&#8221; tegas Rusdi.
