Fransisco Butar Butar, SH membantah tudingan yang dilayangkan oleh Lenni Martianna Hutabarat terkait dugaan penggelapan surat tanah miliknya. Fransisco menegaskan bahwa tuduhan tersebut tidak berdasar dan merupakan kesalahpahaman yang berpotensi mencemarkan nama baiknya. Senin (21\/7\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTidak benar saya menggelapkan surat tanah milik Lenni. Saya memiliki bukti lengkap bahwa surat-surat tersebut masih berada dalam penguasaan LBHR \u2013 SPI selaku penerima kuasa untuk mengurusnya,\u201d ujar Fransisco kepada wartawan.<\/p>\n<p>Fransisco juga menyayangkan sikap oknum aparat SPKT di Polda Riau yang dinilai kurang cermat dan memahami SOP dalam menerima laporan. Menurutnya, kasus ini seharusnya terlebih dahulu dikaji apakah masuk dalam ranah laporan polisi (LP) atau pengaduan masyarakat (dumas).<\/p>\n<p>Adapun laporan yang dimaksud tercatat dengan nomor: LP\/B\/233\/V\/2025\/SPKT\/POLDA RIAU, yang dilaporkan oleh Lenni Martianna Hutabarat pada 27 Mei 2025 pukul 00.35 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam laporan tersebut, Fransisco dan beberapa rekannya dituduh telah menggelapkan 10 persil surat keterangan ganti rugi (SKGR) yang berlokasi di Siabu, Kabupaten Kampar.<\/p>\n<p>Permasalahan ini berawal dari konflik Lenni Martianna dengan Keluarga Mertuanya atas lahan kebun milik Lenni, Menurut Fransisco, Lenni sebelumnya telah memberikan surat kuasa kepada LBHR-SPI untuk mengurus permasalahan lahan itu dan lainnya yang berkaitan dengannya.<\/p>\n<p>Hal senada disampaikan oleh Suriani Siboro, Direktur Utama Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Rakyat Solid Pers Indonesia (LBHR SPI), dalam konferensi pers di kantornya pada di kantor sekretariat LBHR-SPI. Senin (21\/7\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPermasalahan ini bermula dari adanya kuasa dari klien kami, Lenni Martianna, untuk mengurus perkara lahan kebunnya, Kami tegaskan bahwa tudingan penggelapan tidak benar&#8221;, ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Surat tanah sebanyak 10 buah itu masih di sekretariat LBHR-SPI. Terang Suriani sambil menunjukkan dokumen yang dimaksud.<\/p>\n<p>Suriani juga mengungkap bahwa Lenni Martianna Hutabarat sudah menjadi tersangka sebelum menerima kuasa dari dirinya, bahkan sudah turun surat perintah penangkapan dan surat perintah penahanan di Polres Kampar dalam kasus pencurian buah TBS. Lanjutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Namun atas upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh LBHR \u2013 SPI, penahanan tersebut berhasil ditangguhkan, hingga leni jadi tahanan luar. Jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami tegaskan sekali lagi, kami tidak pernah menahan atau menggelapkan surat tanah yang di sebut di media Lensakita.co.id, sementara sudah banyak kerja yang sudah dikerjakan LBHR-SPI hanya saja, Jika Lenni menyelesaikan kewajibannya dan meminta secara baik-baik, kami siap mengembalikannya, karena hidup ini ada hak dan kewajiban,\u201d tegas Suriani.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Sony Ray Panjaitan, SH, Sekretaris Jenderal LBHR SPI, turut mengecam laporan yang dinilai mencemarkan nama baik mereka.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sangat menyayangkan laporan tersebut.
