Advokat Diseret ke Pidana karena Bicara di Media"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Suhunews.id-<\/strong> Ratusan pengacara yang tergabung dalam Koalisi Advokat Sulsel (KAS) menggelar aksi demonstrasi di depan Mapolrestabes Makassar, Jumat (30\/5\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>KAS mengecam keras dugaan kriminalisasi terhadap rekan seprofesi mereka, Wawan Nur Rewa, yang dianggap hanya menjalankan tugas sebagai kuasa hukum namun malah dipidanakan oleh penyidik Polrestabes.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan membawa spanduk bertuliskan \u201cStop Kriminalisasi Advokat\u201d dan \u201cImunitas Profesi Itu Hak, Bukan Fasilitas,\u201d para pengunjuk rasa menuntut pencabutan Laporan Informasi Nomor: LI\/510\/IVRES.1.14\/2025\/RESKRIM tertanggal 17 April 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Laporan tersebut dinilai cacat secara hukum karena menyasar pernyataan hukum Wawan Nur Rewa yang disampaikan melalui media online dalam kapasitasnya sebagai kuasa hukum ahli waris dalam sebuah sengketa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami hadir di sini untuk menegakkan marwah profesi hukum. Rekan kami Wawan Nur Rewa menjalankan tugasnya sebagai kuasa hukum, menyampaikan somasi secara terbuka melalui media, tapi justru dilaporkan dengan dugaan pencemaran nama baik. Ini bentuk nyata kriminalisasi profesi,\u201d tegas salah satu orator aksi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pernyataan sikap yang dibacakan di lokasi aksi, Koalisi Advokat Sulsel menilai tindakan penyidik yang tetap memproses laporan tersebut sebagai bentuk pembangkangan terhadap Undang-Undang Advokat Nomor 18 Tahun 2003, khususnya pasal yang mengatur imunitas hukum bagi advokat dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut tiga poin tuntutan Koalisi Advokat Sulsel yang disampaikan secara resmi:<\/p>\n<p>Mendesak pencabutan Laporan Informasi Nomor: LI\/510\/IVRES.1.14\/2025\/RESKRIM atas nama Advokat Wawan Nur Rewa.<\/p>\n<p>Menuntut pencopotan Kasat Reskrim, Kasubnit 2 Idik 1 Pidum, serta penyidik yang menangani perkara ini.<\/p>\n<p>Menyerukan penghentian segala bentuk kriminalisasi dan intimidasi terhadap profesi advokat.<\/p>\n<p>Koordinator lapangan aksi, Wawan Nur Rewa, yang juga menjadi sasaran pelaporan, menyampaikan bahwa apa yang ia lakukan merupakan bagian dari mekanisme hukum terbuka yang sah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomasi bukanlah tindak pidana. Saya tidak menyebar hoaks, tidak menyerang pribadi siapa pun. Saya bicara sebagai kuasa hukum berdasarkan surat kuasa, dengan analisis hukum dan asas praduga tak bersalah. Tapi penyidik justru seolah mencari celah untuk mempidanakan saya.
