Suhunews.id<\/strong>– Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Pembela Rakyat (LSM PERAK) Indonesia mengungkap dugaan serius terkait maraknya restoran dan rumah makan di Kabupaten Takalar yang beroperasi tanpa Sertifikat Laik Sehat (SLH) atau Sertifikat Laik Higiene Sanitasi (SLHS).<\/p>\n

Sertifikat tersebut seharusnya diterbitkan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) berdasarkan rekomendasi dari Dinas Kesehatan.<\/p>\n

Koordinator Divisi Pengaduan Masyarakat dan Kebijakan Publik LSM PERAK, Andi Sofyan, SH, menyatakan hasil investigasi lembaganya menemukan banyak pelaku usaha kuliner yang belum mengantongi sertifikasi wajib tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u201cSemua restoran atau rumah makan seharusnya memiliki SLH\/SLHS. Ini bukan sekadar formalitas, tapi bukti komitmen menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan makanan yang disajikan,\u201d ujar Andi Sofyan, Minggu (25\/5\/2025).<\/p>\n

Ia mempertanyakan mengapa banyak usaha kuliner di Takalar yang tidak patuh terhadap aturan ini.<\/p>\n

\u201cApakah karena kurangnya sosialisasi dari instansi terkait? Atau justru ada pembiaran yang terkesan mengabaikan aturan?\u201d sindirnya.<\/p>\n

Walaupun Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 14 Tahun 2021 tidak menyebut secara eksplisit kewajiban SLH untuk rumah makan, aturan tersebut mengatur standar perizinan berbasis risiko di sektor kesehatan.<\/p>\n

Artinya, SLH menjadi bagian penting dari standar legalitas usaha makanan dan minuman.<\/p>\n

Andi Sofyan juga mengingatkan adanya potensi sanksi bagi pelaku usaha yang mengabaikan ketentuan tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u201cSertifikat laik sehat adalah bagian dari syarat standar perizinan. Jangan sampai kelalaian ini menjadi ancaman bagi status Kabupaten Laik Sehat yang sedang dikejar,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

LSM PERAK pun mendesak Dinas Kesehatan Takalar agar tidak pasif.<\/p>\n

\u201cDinkes seharusnya lebih proaktif dalam memberikan sosialisasi dan pengawasan. Ini demi menjaga kesehatan masyarakat sekaligus menertibkan pelaku usaha,\u201d pungkas Sofyan.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, seorang sumber terpercaya yang enggan disebutkan namanya menguatkan temuan LSM PERAK.<\/p>\n

\u201cFaktanya, masih banyak restoran di Takalar yang belum mengantongi SLH atau SLHS. Padahal ini sifatnya wajib,\u201d ungkapnya, Sabtu (24\/5).<\/p>\n

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada pernyataan resmi dari Dinas Kesehatan maupun DPMPTSP Takalar terkait temuan tersebut.<\/p>\n
