Suhunews.id<\/strong>– Seorang sopir angkutan umum (pete-pete) trayek D rute Makassar Mall \u2013 Sudiang, berinisial KA (38), melaporkan dugaan aksi premanisme yang dialaminya ke Polrestabes Makassar.<\/p>\n

Ia didampingi sang istri saat membuat laporan pada Senin, 14 April 2025.<\/p>\n

Laporan itu teregister dengan Nomor LI\/\/493\/IV\/RES.1.24\/2025\/ RESKRIM, terkait dugaan tindak pidana pengancaman sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 335 dan Pasal 336 KUHP.<\/p>\n

KA mengaku peristiwa tersebut terjadi saat dirinya tengah mengantarkan penumpang di Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan.<\/p>\n

Tiba-tiba, sejumlah orang menghadangnya secara paksa di tengah jalan.<\/p>\n

\u201cDi tengah perjalanan, salah satu pelaku berinisial IU menghentikan kendaraan saya secara paksa. Penumpang saya ketakutan, langsung turun dan tidak sempat membayar. Saya benar-benar dirugikan,\u201d tutur KA dengan nada kecewa.<\/p>\n

Menurut KA, IU awalnya mengejarnya dengan sepeda motor, lalu memaksa pete-pete miliknya berhenti di kawasan Citra Sudiang.<\/p>\n

Tidak lama kemudian, kendaraan KA kembali dicegat di dekat warung Coto Harmin oleh IU bersama tiga rekannya.<\/p>\n

\u201cMereka menuduh pete-pete saya ilegal dan memaksa saya berhenti beroperasi,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Tak hanya itu, KA mengaku diancam akan mendapat perlakuan kekerasan jika tetap menarik penumpang keesokan harinya.<\/p>\n

\u201cMereka bilang, kalau saya masih narik besok, saya akan ‘diserang’ (sibalai-balaiki itu),\u201d ujarnya saat ditemui di Polrestabes Makassar.<\/p>\n

KA juga menyebut para pelaku mengklaim bahwa semua angkutan umum hanya boleh beroperasi jika mendapat izin dari seseorang berinisial RB.<\/p>\n

\u201cMereka bilang semua harus ada tanda tangan RB,\u201d ungkap KA.<\/p>\n

Yang lebih ironis, para pelaku sempat memeriksa dokumen kendaraan KA, termasuk nomor mesin dan rangka, seolah-olah mereka adalah petugas resmi.<\/p>\n

\u201cPadahal mereka bukan aparat, tapi bertingkah seperti petugas. Sampai minta cek nomor rangka segala,\u201d tambahnya kesal.<\/p>\n

KA juga sempat diminta untuk menghadirkan pemilik kendaraan. Ia pun langsung menghubungi pemilik mobil, namun diarahkan untuk mengajak keempat pelaku bertemu langsung di depan Polrestabes.<\/p>\n

Peristiwa ini mendapat sorotan karena dinilai meresahkan dan mengganggu mata pencaharian sopir angkutan yang bekerja untuk menafkahi keluarga.<\/p>\n

Pihak kepolisian diharapkan segera menindaklanjuti laporan ini dan menindak tegas segala bentuk pungutan liar dan intimidasi terhadap sopir angkutan umum di lapangan.<\/p>\n
