Suhunews.id<\/strong>– Aktivitas tambang ilegal galian C di Dusun Tamangesang, Desa Botolempangan, Kecamatan Bontoa, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan (Sulsel) diduga beroperasi tanpa izin.<\/p>\n

Bahkan, ada dugaan kongkalikong antara pengusaha tambang dan oknum pejabat untuk melancarkan operasional mereka.<\/p>\n

Tambang Milik Pengusaha Jakarta, Diduga Ada Setoran ke APH<\/strong><\/p>\n

Investigasi yang dilakukan Matajurnalisnews.com pada Jumat (7\/3\/25) mengungkap bahwa tambang ini dikelola oleh CV Cahaya Maemba dan dimiliki oleh seorang pengusaha asal Jakarta berinisial R.<\/p>\n

Meski tanpa izin yang jelas, tambang ini tetap berani beroperasi.<\/p>\n

Seorang warga yang enggan disebut namanya mengungkapkan bahwa aktivitas tambang di daerah itu berlangsung cukup lama.<\/p>\n

Namun, soal legalitasnya, warga tak banyak tahu.<\/p>\n

“Ada beberapa lokasi tambang di sini, Pak, tapi untuk ijinnya saya tidak tahu ada atau tidak,” ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Bahkan, ia menyebut sempat ada tindakan dari aparat yang menghentikan operasional alat berat di lokasi.<\/p>\n

“Kemarin ada dua alat berat yang diberhentikan petugas saat beroperasi. Infonya dari Polres Maros, kunci ekskavator diambil,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Namun, pernyataan itu dibantah keras oleh Kasat Reskrim Polres Maros, Iptu Aditya Pandu.<\/p>\n

“Tidak ada anggota kami yang melakukan penyitaan kunci di lokasi tambang. Kalau memang kami sita, ya sekalian alat beratnya. Informasi itu tidak benar,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Ketika ditanya mengenai dugaan adanya setoran dari pemilik tambang ke APH, Iptu Aditya tampak geram.<\/p>\n

“Setoran? Sama sekali tidak ada! Saya ingin bertemu dengan orang yang menyebarkan informasi itu,” ujarnya dengan nada emosi.<\/p>\n

Dampak Tambang: Polusi dan Kerusakan Jalan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aktivitas tambang galian C ini juga menimbulkan dampak serius bagi warga sekitar.<\/p>\n

Truk-truk pengangkut hasil galian menyebabkan polusi udara dan memperparah kerusakan jalan.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Sulsel belum memberikan tanggapan terkait status legalitas tambang tersebut.<\/p>\n

Ancaman Hukuman<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sebagai catatan, tambang ilegal melanggar Pasal 158 Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan atas UU Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 mengenai Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara (UU Minerba).<\/p>\n

Pelanggaran ini bisa berujung pada hukuman penjara maksimal 5 tahun dan denda hingga Rp 100 miliar.<\/p>\n

Masyarakat kini menunggu tindakan tegas dari pihak berwenang untuk memastikan kejelasan status tambang ini.<\/p>\n

Akankah ada tindakan hukum? Ataukah dugaan kongkalikong ini akan terus menjadi rahasia terbuka<\/p>\n
