{"id":1546,"date":"2025-01-16T16:13:19","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T16:13:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suhunews.id\/?p=1546"},"modified":"2025-01-16T16:13:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T16:13:19","slug":"tanpa-izin-warga-proyek-perumahan-bci-diduga-langgar-aturan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suhunews.id\/index.php\/2025\/01\/16\/tanpa-izin-warga-proyek-perumahan-bci-diduga-langgar-aturan\/","title":{"rendered":"Tanpa Izin Warga, Proyek Perumahan BCI Diduga Langgar Aturan!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Suhunews.id-<\/strong> Warga Desa Situwangi, Kecamatan Cihampelas, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, kompak menyatakan penolakan terhadap pembangunan Perumahan Bumi Citra Indah (BCI) yang berlokasi di RW 01 dan RW 09.<\/p>\n<p>Penolakan ini diwujudkan melalui surat pernyataan yang dibuat secara kolektif pada Rabu (15\/01\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Hingga kini, polemik terkait pembangunan tersebut terus berlanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu narasumber yang enggan disebutkan namanya mengungkapkan bahwa pihak pengembang Perumahan BCI meminta pembangunan ini dirahasiakan.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pemerintah Desa Situwangi dan Kecamatan Cihampelas tidak dilibatkan dalam proses perencanaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMasalah perizinan sangat penting dan sensitif, tetapi dalam hal ini pihak desa dan kecamatan sama sekali tidak dilibatkan,\u201d ujar narasumber tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, warga sudah menyatakan penolakan melalui surat resmi dan menegaskan bahwa mereka tidak pernah memberikan izin, apalagi melalui musyawarah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kekosongan Dokumen Perizinan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saat dikonfirmasi, Penjabat Kepala Desa Situwangi, Asep, menyatakan bahwa tidak ada dokumen perizinan yang melibatkan warga lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalau menurut informasi dari Pj sebelumnya, Pak Uus, perizinan itu memang ada, tetapi hanya untuk RW 01 saja,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, salah satu pegawai Kecamatan Cihampelas yang juga enggan disebutkan namanya menyebutkan bahwa perizinan Perumahan BCI langsung diurus ke Kabupaten Bandung Barat tanpa surat rekomendasi dari desa atau kecamatan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami tidak pernah menerima rekomendasi dari pihak desa maupun kecamatan terkait perizinan tersebut,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respons Pengembang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Direktur Perumahan BCI, Atri, saat dihubungi media menyatakan bahwa proses perizinan sedang ditangani oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Perkim) Kabupaten Bandung Barat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaaf, saya sedang sibuk. Mudah-mudahan minggu depan kita bisa bertemu untuk konfirmasi lebih lanjut,\u201d ujarnya singkat melalui telepon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Polemik yang Belum Usai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ketidakjelasan dokumen perizinan dan minimnya transparansi dari pihak pengembang menambah panas situasi di Desa Situwangi.<\/p>\n<p>Warga tetap bersikeras menolak pembangunan perumahan tersebut. Mereka khawatir dampak negatif yang akan timbul, terutama jika proses perizinan tidak dilakukan sesuai prosedur.<\/p>\n<p>Permasalahan ini menjadi sorotan karena melibatkan banyak pihak dan berpotensi menciptakan ketegangan lebih lanjut antara warga, pemerintah desa, dan pengembang.<\/p>\n<p>Warga berharap ada langkah tegas dari pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini sebelum konflik
